Fresh Pecans Year Round

I have always loved pecans. I add them to salads, main courses, desserts, etc. They are also great to eat by themselves. They contain over 19 essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A & E, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. They are very low in carbohydrates and are considered to be heart-healthy. A one ounce serving of pecans (about 20 halves) contains only 4 carbs. My mom used to order pecans by the case and half them with me. The first Christmas I spent without my mom, Gil ordered me a case of pecans as a surprise, and he has done that ever since. I keep them in the freezer and they maintain their freshness all year long. I recommend this if you use pecans alot because the ones on the grocery store shelf can become rancid, which can ruin whatever dish you add them to. These pecans came from the Louisville Pecan Company in Louisville, Alabama. A case is about $140, including shipping. You can also order in smaller quantities. They are having some difficulties with their website right now, but their number is 800-697-3226. For future reference, their web address is: www.louisvillepecan.com.

Whether you order from this company or not, I recommend that you buy fresh pecans now and put them in your freezer to have on hand whenever you need them.

Their pecans are wonderful!
I think they should give you a good discount for your advertising.
