Homemade Breadsticks

For breadsticks, I use my recipe for basic bread dough. After I make that in my bread machine, I divide the dough into 15 balls:

I roll each ball out to form a rope:

Then I twist each end of the rope in the opposite direction:

I place the dough on my breadstick pan (Williams Sonoma). I brush them with butter:

Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top:

I bake them at 350 for about 20 minutes.

I served them with a salad and Grilled Chicken Fettucine Alfredo.

I love all of your ideas and look forward to a new entry all the time. I was just wondering how long ago you bought your breadstick pan at Williams-Sonoma. I just went on their website and couldn't find it.

Thank you! I bought the pan at the Wms Sonoma in Birmingham about 8 years ago. They must not carry it any more. I did an online search and the closest I could find was a baguette pan. It is item #02-0929 at chefstools.com. I will be on the lookout for one just like mine.

Thanks for visiting!
